How I work

Discovery, scope, build, support.

Four steps. Most engagements run from a 60 to 90 minute call to a system you can run yourself in 1 to 2 weeks.

  1. Discovery call

60 to 90 minutes to understand the problem, the stack, and the team. No prep needed. Show up with the workflow you want to fix.

    60–90 min
  2. Scope

Written proposal with what gets built, what does not, the timeline, and the price. You approve before any code is written.

    1–3 days
  3. Build and deliver

Sprint runs 1 to 2 weeks for fixed scope. Larger needs split into sequential sprints, so you ship and validate before committing more.

    1–2 weeks
  4. Optional ongoing support

Retainer for maintenance, additions, and office hours. Cancel any month.

About

Rohit and AI Buildspace.

The story behind the studio, and how to find me elsewhere.

Rohit, founder of AI Buildspace

I am Rohit. I started AI Buildspace because I was already teaching AI on YouTube and Instagram, helping friends and family with their workflows, and getting steady inbound from working professionals who wanted to learn. Education is the part I love most, so I made it the work.

5+ years building with AI. 30+ workshops taught. 5,000+ people mentored across emerging tech. Most engagements start with a 60-minute call, turn into a single focused sprint, and end with a system you can run yourself or extend with my help. Workshops happen in public on YouTube. The studio works globally across timezones.

Book

FAQ

The straight answers.

Pricing, timelines, what I do not build, tools, handoff, NDAs.

  • How does pricing work?

Quote-based after a discovery call. You will know all the specifics before we start working on a project.

  • How long does a custom build take?

Sprints run 1–2 weeks for fixed scope. Larger needs are split into sequential sprints and time may vary with demand.

  • What tools do you work with?

I most commonly work with tools found in regular workflows like Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Notion, Drive, Granola, and Jira. I'm well versed with the AI stack be it Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or even some open source model providers as well as tooling from third parties like HeyGen, Elevenlabs, etc. Custom integrations where it makes sense.

  • Will I be able to maintain the system after?

Yes. Every build is documented and editable by a non-engineer. Optional retainer if you want me on call for additions and small changes.
